Frank is a Buffalo, New York native entering the United States Air Force directly upon graduating from Hamburg High School. Serving as an F-15 Jet Fighter Crew Chief, Flight Pilot Debriefer, and Aircraft Maintenance Scheduler for six years serving two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf War, and attending a local evening police academy. Upon being honorably discharged after his tour of duty, Frank served as a Brevard County Deputy Sheriff for the next twenty five years as a Road Deputy, Field Training Officer, Police Motorcycle Instructor, and Motor Unit Corporal. Frank has been married for twenty years with three teenage children…in doing so volunteered for nine years as a West Melbourne Youth Football coach, Vice President board member, Melbourne High School Junior Varsity coach, and lastly a Booster Vice President board member.
Prior to retiring from the sheriff’s office, Frank obtained his 2-20 Property and Casualty license anticipating a move into civilian life being able to help his numerous contacts he has made here in Brevard County over the last twenty-five years. Frank specializes in commercial and marine insurance as he is an avid boater with plans on purchasing his own liveaboard yacht.
